When did you
lose touch
with yourself?

“I’m with you when the body releases what words can’t reach.”

scroll

From the outside, everything works. You deliver, you care, you hold it all together.

01
Sound familiar?

A tiredness no sleep can fix.

A mind that won’t switch off at night.

8:30 a.m. — and you’re already empty.

The mask on the outside. Someone screaming on the inside.

You function. But you barely feel yourself anymore.

And underneath it all, the one question that won’t leave:
when did I stop being me?

02
The truth underneath

This isn’t failure. It’s a signal.

Your body has an alarm system. It kept you safe once — then it switched on and never fully switched off. It keeps ringing long after the danger is gone. Monday morning. Sunday night.

You’re not broken. Your guard is just tired.

03
Why understanding isn’t enough

You’ve understood it all — and still feel cut off.

In a world full of input, what’s missing is the place to let out what’s inside you. Not through words — through breath, voice and movement.

Body over mind. Experience over concept.

04
The way back · three doors
Breath

The long exhale tells your body: it’s over. You’re safe.

Voice

You don’t have to say a thing. You’re allowed to just make sound — and release what has no words.

Movement

To music that regulates. The body discharges what it has held far too long.

05
What you’ll take with you

The first deep breath in a long time.

A mind that’s finally quiet.

Sleep you’d forgotten was possible.

The feeling of being yourself again.

Who it’s for

For everyone who gives so much — and still feels it’s never enough.

Not at work, where the next task is already waiting. And not at home, where time with the people who matter always runs short. You perform at a high level, you hold it all together — and inside, your foot is permanently on the gas.

If you’ve forgotten how the brake feels — this is where you start to feel again.

A little about me

I was a world champion at functioning.

Over ten years at Avira, nearly ten at ZF Group — I know the overwhelmed everyday from the inside. Until my body decided to hand the medal back. Today I guide the people who stand where I once stood.

Going deeper

Change needs repetition.

One evening doesn’t undo what your body learned over years. But every time your nervous system experiences “it’s safe,” the way back gets a little shorter. Not overnight — but, each time, noticeably in the right direction.

The first Reset is a moment. The way back is a practice.

Body & Mind Reset · For Hotels

When guests don’t just stay the night — they arrive.

Your guests arrive tense and over-stimulated — physically there, still on inner alert. Body & Mind Reset guides them, through breath, voice and movement, palpably into calm. A signature experience that has them remember your house as the place where they truly switched off.

The gap every house knows

A good spa offering is a given today — sauna, massage, yoga, quiet rooms. What many houses lack is the one special experience guests still talk about afterwards: a guided experience that truly lands in the body and makes your house unmistakable.

What I bring to your house

A guided experience for regulating the nervous system — grounded, modern, premium. Breath, voice and movement, professionally and safely facilitated, in a language that takes even discerning guests seriously.

A wonderful addition to an existing wellness or yoga programme — and ideal for houses that already have the space for it.

Turnkey: I bring the flow, the music, the facilitation and the safe guidance. You provide the room and the guests.

Two formats — flexibly integrated
Deep Reset · 120 min

The premium highlight for the evening.

A deep breath journey with music that stays with them — your guests will still be talking about it days later.

Total Reset · 3 hrs

The bookable retreat experience.

Three hours of circle, breath, voice and stillness. Ideal at the weekend, when your guests have time for themselves.

Why Body & Mind Reset

Guests forget the room. They remember the feeling.

People don’t rate a stay by the sum of all its hours, but by its most intense moments — and by how it felt at the end. A flawless room is standard today. But the moment a guest takes their first real breath in weeks is a story they pass on.

That’s exactly the moment Body & Mind Reset creates. Not one more treatment on a list, but a guided experience that lands in the nervous system — your guests don’t just leave rested, they leave changed. That’s the difference between “that was lovely” and “I have to go back there.”

For your house that means: a signature experience no competitor has in their portfolio — high perceived value at low operational effort, turnkey and integrated into your existing rooms. It sets your wellness offering apart, supports your price level and gives guests a real reason to return and to recommend you.

Wellness people talk about — not just book.

Trust

Adela led the breathwork part of our Awakening Body retreat at Hotel Sun Garden. Professional, present, and with a real gift for creating a space in which our guests could let go safely. The breath journey was one of the highlights of the programme — many were visibly moved. I’d work with her again any time.

Body & Mind Reset · For Companies

Resilience begins in the nervous system.

Your best people keep functioning — until they don’t. Body & Mind Reset brings your team, through breath, voice and movement, out of permanent alarm and back into real calm. An experience that lands in the body — not just another item in the calendar.

I’m not writing this from the outside. Over ten years at Avira, nearly ten at ZF Group — I know the meetings, the pressure, and the professional mask that often hides someone who’s long past their limit. Those are exactly the people I give a space in which the system, for once, is truly allowed to power down.

What rarely gets said out loud

Your best people deliver — and still feel it’s never enough. Not at work, where the next deadline is already waiting. And not at home, where time with the people who matter always runs short.

They keep their foot permanently on the gas and have forgotten how the brake feels. Even the expensive holiday brings no real recovery — because the inner restlessness travels in the suitcase. The tricky part: the most reliable ones carry it silently the longest — and are the ones who collapse most suddenly.

Photo: a team coming to rest
What happens in the room

A real experience in which, for once, no one has to perform — only arrive, breathe, and let go.

They feel in their own body how tension releases, and take home simple tools they can use straight away on the next stressful day. Safely guided, from the first minute to the last.

Two formats
Deep Reset · 120 min

The group format.

A deep, shared breath journey in which real pressure releases. Ideal as an off-site building block or a session in its own right.

Total Reset · 3 hrs

The deeper reset.

A held space to really power down — with the time for it to keep working afterwards.

Why it works

Because we don’t start with the head, but with the body — where stress actually lives.

Chronic pressure keeps the nervous system in permanent alarm: shallow breath, constant vigilance, no real switching off. No good advice and no end of the working day turns that off — the body still believes it’s in danger. That’s exactly why talks and apps fizzle out: they reach the head, but not the system that holds the stress.

Breath, voice and movement speak to that system directly. A long, guided exhale, a tone that vibrates in the chest, movement that discharges tension — these aren’t techniques to think about, but signals the body understands at once: it’s safe, you’re allowed to power down. In 60 to 120 minutes the system shifts, palpably, out of alarm into real calm — something pure information never reaches.

And because it’s trainable, the body finds its own way back faster each time — in the meeting, before the presentation, on a Sunday night. For your team that means: clearer heads, better sleep, more resilience. Prevention instead of damage control.

The difference between talking about it — and feeling it in the body.

How it can work

Many companies use their budget for health, learning and development, or team building. What fits you best, we’ll figure out together — as a one-off, a series, or a fixed date in the year.

Who guides

I’m a psychological coach and breathwork facilitator, guiding individuals, groups, hotels and companies — at Lake Constance and beyond. My approach is body-based, guided and safe.

About me

I was a world champion at functioning.

Until my body decided to hand the medal back.

Photo: Adela — calm, real, warm

8:30 a.m. And I was already done.

Not “done” as in ready. Done as in empty. Two kids chased through the house, wrestled into clothes they didn’t want to wear. Somehow teeth, somehow shoes, somehow out the door. And just as I thought “made it,” the teacher stood in the doorway. The rain trousers. Forgotten again. Then into the car. Then into the day. Like a hunted fox who’s also meant to give a presentation on the side.

The mask on the outside. Someone who wanted to scream on the inside.

I had a good job. Over ten years at Avira, nearly ten at ZF Group — I could do corporate: words, deadlines, pace. And juggle kids and career on the side, every single day anew.

Rushing out of meetings, guilty. Late to the school gate, guilty. At night, the mind that wouldn’t switch off. And always that one feeling: no matter how much I give — it’s never enough. I couldn’t say it to anyone. You’re the one who has it all under control, after all. The reliable one. The strong one.

I thought everyone else could do it. Just not me.

For a long time I was convinced that everyone around me was somehow managing — and I was the only one secretly stumbling. Until, for the first time, I found the courage to talk openly about the overwhelm. And suddenly I realised: I wasn’t alone at all.

Almost all of us carry the same feeling — that you have to do it all on your own, without complaining, without wavering. We hold on until the body says no. And then there’s no choice left but to finally listen.

My body said it anyway.

First the exhaustion no sleep could heal. Then the racing heart. The tightness. The feeling of watching my own life from behind glass. My nervous system was in permanent alarm — and I’d forgotten what calm even feels like.

And the absurd part: I understood myself perfectly.

I’d read the books. Heard the podcasts. Been to the seminars. I could explain my behaviour, analyse it, put it into beautiful words — putting things into words was literally my job. And I still felt miles away from myself.

Until I understood why: the way back doesn’t run through the head. It runs through the body. Not more understanding. Finally feeling again. Through breath. Voice. Movement. The language my nervous system understands. I wish I’d known that back then. It would have spared me a few very long years.

What I know today — and pass on.

I don’t know the overwhelmed everyday from books. I know it from the inside — and that’s exactly why I now guide the people who stand where I once stood.

People who achieve a great deal and still never feel it’s enough. Who look composed on the outside while everything inside runs at full tilt. Successful, responsible — and secretly at their limit, without being allowed to say it.

Back then I could barely change anything on the outside. The kids, the job, the responsibility — that stayed. What I could change was on the inside. That’s exactly what a Reset is: you don’t turn your life upside down. You change how your body stands within it.

As a psychological coach and breathwork facilitator, I create spaces where, for once, you don’t have to perform. Where your nervous system gets the one signal it’s been waiting for: it’s over. You’re safe.

And privately?

I come from Transylvania — yes, land of the vampires. The only biting I remember from my childhood was into warm, fresh-baked bread; the scariest thing was a family party that wouldn’t end. I was the kid who stood on the table and sang until the grown-ups cried — in a house where someone was always around and the living room smelled of music.

At nineteen I got on a bus — twenty Deutschmarks in my pocket, a clear plan in my head: one year in Germany, then back. But you know how it goes: if you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans. One year became a whole life.

Then I fought for German word by word: two pages of rules, six pages of exceptions. A language in which a girl is a neuter “it,” but a turnip is female — and where you say “the woman,” yet “the bag of THE woman.” The day I first wrestled the genitive and won, I knew: if I can learn this, I can do anything. Today I speak four languages fluently. The sentence still holds.

There was a time I lost almost everything at once — my marriage, my familiar circle of friends, the ground under my feet. I thought I’d been buried. Only much later did I understand that I’d been planted.

What has grown from that dark soil since, I couldn’t have imagined back then. Two children I’m close to — even now, as they grow their wings and go their own ways. A friendship with my ex-husband that some people dream of inside their marriages: on holidays we sit at the same table, with our new partners — and nobody has to hold their breath. A great, unexpected love in the second half of my life, that arrived just as I’d learned to be whole on my own, too. And friendships where I don’t have to be strong in order to be allowed to stay.

And if I’m honest — and I am now, mostly — this is a life I’d never have dared to plan. Too loud, too full, too alive for the careful little plan I boarded that bus with. Lake Constance has become my home, and in it I’ve become again the woman I already was as a child, before anyone taught me to be quieter: one who sings because she can, who cries when she needs to, and who won’t waste another second of her precious, chaotic life making herself smaller than she is. If we ever meet, bring all your exhaustion — and all your too-much. Here, you don’t have to hide any of it.
