Protecting your personal data matters to me. I process data solely within the framework of the GDPR.
3. Hosting (Cloudflare)
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When the site is accessed, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page requested) is processed in server log files to provide the site securely and reliably (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). A data-processing agreement is in place; transfers to the USA are safeguarded by standard contractual clauses.
4. Fonts
The fonts (Cormorant Garamond, Poppins) are hosted locally on this website's server. No data is transmitted to Google or other third parties when the fonts load.
5. Online booking (Calendly)
For booking sessions I use Calendly, a service of Calendly LLC, 271 17th Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA. On the session pages, the Calendly booking window is embedded after the page has loaded; your IP address is transmitted to Calendly in the process (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in simple online booking). When you book a session, Calendly processes the data you enter (name, e-mail address, phone number if given, chosen date, your answers to the booking questions) to perform the contract (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR). Calendly sends the booking confirmation and reminders by e-mail on my behalf. Transfers to the USA are safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. 6. Payment (Stripe, PayPal)
Payment for online bookings is processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland). Stripe processes the data required for the payment (e.g. name, e-mail address, card details, amount) to complete the payment (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR). I do not receive full card details. If you choose PayPal, the privacy terms of PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg also apply. More: stripe.com/privacy.
7. Appointment management (Google Calendar)
Booked sessions are stored in my Google Calendar (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Your name, e-mail address and the appointment are processed for this purpose (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR).
8. Contacting me
If you contact me via the form, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, I process the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail, message) to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6 (1)(b) and (f) GDPR). For contact via WhatsApp, the privacy terms of WhatsApp/Meta also apply.
9. No tracking cookies
This website itself uses no analytics or tracking cookies and no web-analytics services. The embedded Calendly booking window may set technically necessary cookies; Calendly shows its own notice with settings for this.
10. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
11. Retention
Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention periods prevent deletion. Booking and payment records are kept for up to ten years in line with German commercial and tax law.
