1. Scope & provider

These terms apply to all services of Monica Adela Kohl, Body & Mind Reset (Werastraße 44, 88045 Friedrichshafen, Deutschland).

2. Services

Services include breathwork and nervous-system sessions (individual, group, retreat) as well as offerings for hotels and companies. They serve relaxation, self-regulation and personal development. They are not a medical or psychotherapeutic treatment and do not replace one.

3. Conclusion of contract

Bookings are made by e-mail, WhatsApp or via the booking tool. The contract is concluded upon my confirmation.

4. Prices & payment

The prices stated at the time of booking apply as final prices. As a small business (§ 19 UStG), no VAT is shown. The payment method is communicated at booking.

5. Cancellation

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start. For later cancellation or no-show, the agreed fee may be charged in full or in part. Different terms may apply to retreats and group events and will be communicated in advance.

6. Right of withdrawal for consumers

For contracts concluded online, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For services scheduled for a specific date or period (leisure activities, § 312g (2) no. 9 BGB), no right of withdrawal exists. A clear statement by e-mail to info@atemreset.com is sufficient to withdraw.

7. Health & participation

Participation is at your own responsibility. Intense, connected breathing techniques are powerful and unsuitable in certain cases, including pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, retinal detachment, severe psychiatric conditions and recent surgery. In such cases, prior medical clearance is required; participation may be excluded or possible only by arrangement. By booking, you confirm that none of these apply or that medical clearance has been obtained.

8. Liability

I am liable without limitation for damage arising from injury to life, body or health and in cases of intent or gross negligence. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Any further liability is excluded.

9. Final provisions

German law applies. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
